Use of the Dog Park is at your own risk and person(s) making use of the Park shall be responsible for injuries caused by their dog(s) and shall hold the Town of Abington, the Friends of Abington Dog Park and their representatives harmless for same.

Open daylight hours only. There is limited lighting for winter.
Please be respectful of our Senior Center neighbors. Refrain from parking in spots closest to the building entrance. Dogs must be leashed and leash must be held by an adult until entering the fenced-in areas. Prong (spike) and choke collars must be removed prior to entry. When entering through double gates, make sure one is closed before you open the other to prevent dogs from getting loose. Small dog area is restricted to dogs under 25 lbs or with special needs. Small dogs playing on big dog side do so at their own risk. |
Children under 16 are not allowed in the park without adult supervision. Children should not climb on fences or tunnels, or chase/tease dogs.
Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated. Puppies under 4 months or dogs in heat are not allowed. Limit 2 dogs per adult. Dogs must be under voice control within the park. Owners should leash and remove dogs that become aggressive. Please work with other owners to resolve issues that arise. No smoking, vaping, alcohol or food of any kind, including dog treats. Users must supervise and clean up after their dogs. Fill in any holes dug. |
